Pieter Holthuis is the founder of Holthuis Corporate Law and has been a qualified lawyer since 2009. He holds a Master’s degree in Law and Business from Utrecht University and completed the postgraduate Grotius programme in ‘Corporate and Commercial Law’ (cum laude).Pieter advises companies, investors and entrepreneurs on complex M&A transactions, governance matters and corporate structures.
